Adventures of Tintin, The: Secret Of The Unicorn
Release date: 25-04-2012
With the involvement of creative geniuses such as Steven Spielberg and Peter Jackson at play, The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn was always going to be a stunning creation. However, it’s definitely exceeded even the highest of expectations – let’s just say that its long-time in the making has definitely been worth it. Tintin (Jamie Bell), an inquisitive young reporter, stumbles across a model of the three masted Unicorn, a shipwreck. The plot thickens when he also discovers that a secret involving an ancient tale about a pirate and stolen treasure is at play too. Along with his loyal companion Snowy, the gruff Captain Haddock (Andry Serkis) and clumsy detectives Thompson and Thomson (Simon Pegg and Nick Frost), Tintin embarks on an adventure that takes him around the world. Meanwhile, Ivan Ivanovitch Sakharine (Daniel Craig) is onto Tintin but no one has considered that an ancient curse may linger to spoil everyone’s fun.
