Hi there Insiders,

We've got a fortnight in store for you that would make Nelson Mandela proud. Why are we talking about a South African hero? Well, Invictus will have you believing that making a pack of guys jumping around after an oval shaped ball can fix absolutely anything.

On the other hand, Viggo Mortensen and his son have one tough slog ahead in The Road. Where's Aragorn when you need him?

Well, he's probably caught up boppin' along to Nine, a musical jam-packed with so many foxy stars that you'll find it almost impossible to pry your eyes away from the screen. Speaking of foxy, get some Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler into you as this hot duo sizzle up the screen in Law Abiding Citizen. But be warned, you're going to need something to cool you down after watching that one through!

After you've spent enough time in that ice bath of yours, head down to your local Network store

We'll see you in-store.

The Road
The Road depicts an America we have never seen before (and hopefully, never will see). It's a dark, wretched place where the landscape has been ravaged and it's so cold that stones crack and the snow falls in grey clumps. Worse still, the remaining population have

He was imprisoned for 27 years for his heroic fight against apartheid. So what does Nelson Mandela do after he is elected president of South Africa? He rejects revenge, forgives his oppressors and finds hope of national unity in an unlikely place: the rugby field.
With an all-star cast including names such as Daniel Day-Lewis, Marion Cotillard, Penélope Cruz, Kate Hudson, Nicole Kidman, Judi Dench and Sophia Loren (whew!), you're never quite sure where you should fix your eyes while watching this musical.

The Wolfman
Call modern-day flicks whatever you like but dare to call them dull at your own risk. What, with vampires, zombies and now werewolves, we're definitely spoilt for choice. It's 1891 in London and nobleman Lawrence (Benicio Del Toro) has just received a letter from

With the Twilight flicks and the True Blood television series, the vamp genre is well and truly alive and kicking. The good news is that all of these different portrayals offer a unique spin on those undead fiends that like to wear a lot of black and sleep during the day

Shutter Island
In Shutter Island, Martin Scorsese and Leonardo DiCaprio once again make for one devilishly awesome duo as they bring on the spook factor in bucket loads! Sometimes, we all think that we're in the rather unfortunate situation of being surrounded by people who we

Law Abiding Citizen (MA15+)

Gerard Butler sure has been doing the rounds lately with the ladies: first there was Hilary Swank, then Katherine Heigl and most recently, Jennifer Aniston. That said, Law Abiding Citizen is a bit of a boy's club with Butler teaming up with Jamie Foxx. Clyde Shelton (Butler) has been harbouring some deep contempt and frustration for over a

Precious (MA 15+)

There's nothing like a little bit of Oprah Winfrey to catapult a film into the spotlight but Precious is a quality flick that stands on its own, even without the massive amount of critical acclaim that it's received. Be warned, despite it being based on a true story this flick will take you to dark places that no human being should ever be exposed to.

2:22 (MA 15+)

Up for a flick that is highly charged and won't let your mind rest for one second? Look no further than 2:22 where four career criminals make the mistake of their lives when they assume that everyone will be too drunk to care about anything on New Years Eve (hey, the theory itself probably works but for these hard men,

UFC Undisputed 2010 (MA15+)

Earlier this year, the UFC hit Australia for the first time, and to say it was a huge success is an understatement. Just as big a success was the first UFC Undisputed game. Now the 2010 edition is here, and it features refined gameplay for more accurate grappling and an updated roster of fighters. This is going to be a big hit everywhere thanks to the increasing popularity of the UFC.
